Five circuits for complete conditioning
These circuits are fundamentals from over 1000 years ago. I learned them from my Persian masters, and still, there hasn't been a more efficient system to this day. When we went into quarantine, I was working on Matrix 4. This and Yama yoga were the first videos I made for the cast to practice in their Hotel rooms. We also start our classes at my dojo with this set to keep us strong, flexible, and capable.
