LEVEL UP YOUR FITNESS: 3 LEVELS OF KETTLEBELL BURPEE

Growth and development have so much to do with "sequencing."

Make sure you are comfortable with each step along the way. Remember, movement is just a "CHAIN" of events. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

So you may have strong arms or legs; however, in my experience with clubs, wrestling, and other functional movements like climbing, fixing my car, or farming. Grip strength is usually the thing that goes first.
So you may be able to lift 100 pounds but still have to hold it; then, how are your feet? Can your ankles and feet support your balance?

Remember never to hurry and accomplish everything. Move to the next level after you feel absolutely comfortable with the one you are at. If you need any other tips or coaching, contact me for a one-on-one.

I love this sequence, and I hope you do too.
